Julian Bertet (he/him) is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley studying Political Science and Business. He has been part of JIMENA since January 2021, first serving as a Research and Communications Intern and currently as a Program Assistant. Julian’s family is from Morocco, France, and Eastern Europe and he takes pride in the work JIMENA has and continues to accomplish. When he isn’t working for JIMENA, Julian enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking Moroccan dishes with his grandmother.
